The HACCP Wizard is Windows program designed to simplify the process of creating HACCP documents. HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and this wizard helps natural resource managers identify critical control points in their activities and create a HACCP document using standard 5-page HACCP forms. The wizard walks you through the HACCP planning process by asking you to answer simple questions about your activities. The wizard guides you through the control point analysis and gathers all of the information necessary to complete a HACCP document. When finished, the wizard transfers this information to Microsoft Word, creating a complete HACCP document for you.

Minimum User Requirements:

A basic understanding of the HACCP concept
A working knowledge of the tasks involved in completing a specific Natural Resource Activity
A list of all hazards potentially transported by the Activity

Minimum System Requirements:

Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (Upgrade at update.microsoft.com if necessary)
Microsoft Word 9.0 (2000) or better
Screen Resolution of 1024 x 768 or better -- if your screen resolution is set lower than this, the bottom of the HACCP Wizard's window may be cut off by the bottom of your screen.

It is best to uninstall previous versions of the HACCP wizard before proceeding. Please do so before downloading the new version.
