HACCP and Risk Analysis

One of the suggestions that the group in Mexico had to improve the HACCP course was to have a diagram of the interaction between risk analysis and HACCP. Using google, I found an interesting diagram (see link below) on an European Union document. Page 6 of this document has a figure where the risk management process (including HACCP as a tool) is reviewed, and on page 9 there are more detail information about the different tools. This could be a starting point to improve the understanding of risk management and HACCP.
